Just wanted to post some pics of our last 3 Easters! I couldn't find a picture of Braedens first Easter, he was just 2 months!

Finished projects & Babysitting
I recently finished curtains for Reece's Room, and I have to say they turned out sooo cute! I had the fabric for a year and a half! Seriously why did I wait so long? I was afraid to start it, but I finally got my friend Lauren's help and 3 nights in a row, and walah! Now I feel more confident in starting future sewing projects! I'm trying really hard, I want to be able to sew, and not just baby blankets! lol

Here are a few baby blankets that I recently finished. That fuzzy soft bumpy fabric(whatever it is) is the DEVIL of fabric! I tried to sew it with the flannel, and after 3 times of having to rip it out and start over, a friend suggested to me to try sewing with it on the top to control it easier, since its stretchy! Genius! I finished both of them right after that! Thanks for the tip Cara! :) I love to look for cute fabric for baby blankets!

I watched my friend Nichole's little cutie pie the other day while she went to the Dentist. His name is Ross, and he is almost a year. He was so good, and the kids had so much fun with him! It made me feel better about baby #3! If only they could be born at the one year stage! lol Braeden was so cute with him, he has been really interested in baby's recently. Reece was pretty good as well, I have to say I was a little worried about her, but she did good for the most part, excluding a few toy jealously mishaps. :0 But Seriously, he and Reece really look more related than Reece and Braeden! They both have the same color hair, and bright blue eyes! I so want a red headed boy next! :)

Braeden's 4th birthday & visit from Grandma and Grandpa Roberts
My Parents Jim and Gaylene Roberts came in Last week for a visit, to Celebrate Braeden's Birthday. My Mom came in from Arizona on Wednesday and my Dad flew in from Seattle on Thursday.
Anyway, we had a great weekend. Friday we drove to this neat place that's about 40 minutes from here called Pops. Its actually a gas station, and they have like a million different sodas you can try. There is a little restaurant there so we had lunch and tried some different soda's! There is this huge metal Soda bottle that is out front of the gas station, and its neat at night, it lights up and changes color. Anyway that was fun!
Then Saturday was Braeden's 4th Birthday! I really cant believe it, I have a 4 yr. old, its crazy! I decided that since my parents were coming, and they don't get to come often, that we would do without a big party, and kept it just family. It was actually very nice, low key, and Braeden said " Mom this was the best day ever!" It was so cute! We woke up that morning, and Ross had signed Braeden up for this class at Lowe's, they made a wooden car, he loved that. Then we headed for Chucky Cheese for lunch. That was the ONE request made by the Birthday Boy that he has been talking about for months now! So off we went, and we did all have a good time! Braeden and Reece had a blast! Then we came home, opened presents, and then put Reece down.
My Mom and I attempted to make Braedens cake this year. I never have before, its just so much easier when were having a party to order it from somewhere. But this year their was no big party, so I thought I would give it a go! We made a Spider man cake, and it didn't turn out half bad! Nothing professional, but for my first decorative Cake it was pretty good! Braeden loved it, and that's all that mattered! I have to admit though, after putting all that time and effort into it, I really had a hard time cutting into the thing!haha
That night we went to Outback for Dinner which was sooo yummy! And came home and had cake and ice cream and watched old home Videos of when Braeden was a baby, and both the kids loved that, as did I! It was so fun to watch them, and sad of course, making me realize even more how fast time fly's! My Dad flew out Sunday, and my Mom left yesterday! :) Such a bummer when the time comes to an end, it always does, I know that, but it still stinks! I hope I get to see them again soon! I hate living away from family! But it was a great visit! Thanks Mom and Dad for such a wonderful time, you made Braeden's Birthday so special! We love you!
Getting ready to pick up Grandma Gay at the airport.

Cookin up a stink, and NO MORE PASSY!
Ok so I thought about naming this post something funny to give this story justice... a friend of mine and I were going back and forth, and I decided on cooking up a stink! Here it goes.....
Last Thursday after Reece and Braeden got home from pre-school, I was in Reece's room and noticed that she was starting to do some business (in the diaper), so I grabbed her and went to the toilet! Sat her down and tried to coach her in all of the cheesy ways Mom's do to get their 2 yr. old excited about going pee/poo poo in the potty! So she tried for a few minutes with no luck, and keep telling me she was done. So I said ok Reece, lets put on some princess panties! I had just bought her some and it would be the first time she was going to wear them. Made sure she knew it wasn't nice to go to the bathroom on Princess and she needed to tell me when she needed to go! you know blah blah blah! So not even 30 seconds, not lying 30 seconds after I put the panties on her, Braeden came out and got me and said "Mommy, Reeceie went poop!" Seriously!!! So I jumped up and ran into her room where she was in there playing with her Kitchen.... She still had her panties on, but somehow whether it fell out or she took it out, there she was at her kitchen cooking on the stove some, you guessed it.... POOP!!! She had it in her pots! Oh man that girl just GROSS!! But it really is pretty funny! Gross, but funny!
Just got rid of the passy, and should have a lONG time ago! Its been a piece of cake! REALLY, I thought It would be so much worse! She sleeps great at night! Nap time was the only thing I was worried about, she didn't nap the first day, which was yesterday, but today she is sound asleep... thank goodness! Not ready to let go of nap time! I still VERY much need it, as much as she does!
I have to say though, it does make me a little sad, she is getting so big! She is becoming less and less my baby everyday! I hate that, you know, even though shell always be! :( They really do get big waaay to fast for me!!!! I'm going to miss that passy!
