Im so greatful for our Military!

In February my brother Christopher Ryan Roberts graduated from Basic tranning for the Utah National Guard! He is currently trainning in on the east coast to make the National Guard's Special Forces. I have to admitt that when he first decided to enlist I thought he was crazy, and I really tried to talk him out of it! Even though I have always had so much respect for those who serve our country. But I guess I was scared for him and the thought of something happening to him was terrifying! I guess Its easy to support them when there isnt someone that is so close to your in danger. But then I realized that sometimes the sacfifices we make have to be closer to our heart when it comes to saving our free land. And Im so proud of him! :) God Bless all our Men and Women in the Military

Reece Michelle Finnestad

Reece Michelle was born November 9th 2006, and is such a beautiful baby girl! She was born at 4:57 p.m. @ the Moore Medical Center, weighing 6lbs. 14 oz. and was 18 inches long.Braeden was very intersted in this new baby, Im not sure how much he really understood, but it didnt take long for the sweet big brother to kick in.

Here we are getting ready to take our newest little angel home with us. Our first picture with the new Finnestad family of 4! Our exprience at the Moore Medical Center was wonderful! My doctor, and the nurses were completley wonderful, and I even got a full body message right before leaving for home, and it was
such a great ending to a perfect beginning.

Reece on her Blessing day

Here is precious little Reece on her blessing day, she was six weeks old. Ross's mother Su made this beautiful dress for her to wear, and Ross gave a beautiful blessing. It was such a special day, we were lucky to share it with my Mom and Dad and Sister Jessica, who came out for the occasion.

Our first cruise

In January Ross and I went on a Royal Caribbean cruise, with Ross's Family to the West Caribbean. We had an absolutely amazing time! No kids for 7 days was hard but much needed. I had never been away over night from Braeden and leaving Reece, at the time my 2 1/2 month old baby was so hard. But when we returned, I really feel like I was a new Mom! I can't wait for the next one!

Here we are on the deck of the beautiful ship, so sad its our last day on the cruise! :(

Here we are at dinner in the beautiful dinning room, every night the food was phenomenal!

The first port was Cozumel Mexico, and Ross and I took an excursion with the cruise line to Tulum, Mexico, which is a Mayan Ruin site on the coast. It really was pretty amazing seeing this "city" still standing after 1000 years! We spent a few hours with a tour guide learning all the history of Tulum, and then we were off to a place called Xel Ha, which is a lagoon of fresh water caves to swim in and so much sea life to see. I could have spent all day there!

Every night after dinner they take professional pictures of you. This is the only night out of 7 that we actually bought the picture. The were mostly pretty cheesy! :)

Easter 2007

Braeden woke up Easter morning, and looked for Easter eggs in the house because of the cold weather. Then had some fun things in his Easter basket, like this little water gun, which he loved, and now I'm regretting getting him. I'm not sure what my stance should be with even toy guns and little kids? Even though he has no idea what it really is, he is only just 2! :)

Here we all are taking family pictures before we head off to church. We all look so festive.

I have to say they looked so cute that day!

Reece and Daddy...Aww!

Finnestad Family

Here is Grandma Su and Grandpa Steve, ( Ross's parents) they came from Minnesota to visit for Easter. We all had a great time.
