A big thanks to Kim and Stormi for painting these beautiful letters for Reece's room! I cant wait to get them in there and hung up! :) There are so adorable, I had to share them with all of you! :) I Love them! I know she will too! :) Ill post more pics when there up in her room, yay, so excited!

3 days and counting......

Hopefully this will be the last day inside! I would be brave and venture out, but EVERYTHING is closed! grrr! Except for Walmart, and that's not my idea for a fun time! Poor Reece has a little cold, so when Daddy got home last night Braeden got to enjoy the little bit of Snow, while Reece sat angerly watching in the window! Nothing like the snow in Minnesota but it will do!

This last Saturday I watched my Friend Joni's kids, we trade out every week, it works out great, so every other Saturday we have a date night! Here are her two cute girls Danielle, is in Kindergarten, and cute Tate is about 17 months ish I think? Anyway there great kids, and they all get along very well! Braeden just loves Danielle, Im sure much more than the other way around! He has always love to play with older kids, and I think Danielle is usually not super fond of the younger kids, but she puts up with Braeden pretty well, she is very sweet to him! They always have a great time. Here they are watching a movie, for the moment anyway I had to snap a pic, they looked too cute!

BAD WEATHER IN OKLAHOMA! We are in the middle of some yucky weather, and in our second day stuck inside, and it looks like tomorrow will be # 3! Im board out of my mind, and I know the kids are! Here in Oklahoma we have a lovely thing called ice storms. And let me tell you, when I first moved here I thought what the heck is an ice storm? I thought surly if its 20 degrees out, it should snow right? WRONG! Not here! I guess further up in the atmosphere its warmer, so when the rain falls and gets down where its freezing, and well the rain literally freezes! Weird! Anyway it did that all day yesterday, so there is a fairly decent layer of ice on EVERYTHING! And today its gotten a little colder further up, so now its sleet/snow mix, I wish it would just snow nice pretty snow just one day so we could actually go out and enjoy it, and let the kids play in it! Oh well, that's Oklahoma for you! Strange weather, 20 degrees today, and by Saturday it is supposed to be back up to 60! I wonder why were sick all the time! The Weather here is really quite annoying, and as soon as Spring hits, back to Tornado Weather! Yay good times! lol

Mascara Massacre

Ok so I know I posted a picture of Reece's Mascara fiasco, but here is a better picture, and you see really how much she was covered all over by it, even in her mouth! She is a strange one! haha

Here are a few family pictures we took while down in Arizona. On the left is my beautiful Sister Jen and her Hubby Donnie, below them is their daughter Taylor, and next to Braeden is the other daughter Skylar. Next to Ross is my Handsome Big Brother Chris below him is my Lovely and eccentric :) Grandmother (dads mom) who is also named Donnie. Next to her are my WONDERFUL Mom and Dad, and next to me is my other beautiful Sister, the baby of the family Jessica.

Here we are being silly. My Grandma Donnie, or Grandma D is what we've always referred to her as, is from Texas and is a HUGE Texas fan (college football) And is a HUGE sports fanatic! Not the typical Grandma would be an understatement, but couldnt imagine her any other way! She does not cook, and never has, and loves her TV, her day is scheduled around what game is one at what time. She loves to keep up with the now, and is always telling us whats in according to Hollywood. She is a hoot, and we love her! :) So anyway she is giving a "hook em horns" sign, thinking she is schooling Ross, who is obviously an OU fan, while Grandma has no idea that Ross is giving an upside down "hook em horns" sign just to tease! Man, she thought her idea for the silly pose was so clever, she looked at the picture after and saw what Ross did and it seriously ticked her off! lol, in a good way of course. Fun times with the Family! I cant wait till we can all be together again, hopefully sooner than 6 years this time! Cute faces everyone! Jen, seriously scary lol!

More Az fun!

While out in Az we celebrated my brothers Birthday at a place called San Tan Flats, and it was such a neat place. I'm sure It will be a new Tradition now! Its a restaurant, that has few indoor tables, with mostly outdoor ones surrounding the stage. I think most nights they have Country bands playing after a certain hour, and we were there on a cold Friday night, so we decided to eat inside, because the band didn't start until 9:00 pm! So after we were done eating we went out to start our fire. Oh ya I forgot to mention that there are fire pits surrounding the dance floor, and they have wood and guys who are designated fire starters, haha! Sounds more like a place that should be here in Oklahoma! haha. You can also buy smore's kits there, but there isn't much in them and there expensive! So we brought the stuff to make smores (which your allowed) and it was so fun! While we waited for the band to start, they had country music playing and the kids just ran around played and danced! It was sooo fun! My Grandma ( my dads mom) flew out from Texas, which was really neat, its been a long time since we've all been together! And she especially loved this place, she grew up honky tonkin, as she calls it. For those of you who don't speak Texan that is just country dancing, lol! And she just had so much fun, my Brother in law Donnie asked her to Dance when the band started. Then the band played Amarillo by Morning. by George Straight ( She is from Amarillo), which she thought was like some kind of miracle! lol! And then of course she had to tell the band that's where she is from, and so the rest of the time we were there they proceeded to play songs of Texas! It was a fun time! I highly recommend this place!
